Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the ‘cooling off’ period). This must be done in writing, with a receipt provided, to email@example.com.
If goods are faulty, buyers have a period of 7 working days (the ‘reasonable time) after the date of delivery within which they can request a replacement or refund. A receipt must be provided.
While in the buyer’s possession, the goods must be kept in good condition.
Upon the return of the goods, a refund will be provided within 30 days including the original postage and packing charges. The buyer, however, is liable to pay for the cost of returning the item.
