Bukedea
Bukedea District, named for its chief town, is located in the Teso sub-region of the Eastern Region, Uganda. Prior to 2007, the district was part of Kumi District. Agriculture is the mainstay of the local economy, with main crops including cassava, rice, groundnuts, sorghum and millet.
