Find Security expertise in Cyprus

As of 2008 there were approximately 60 private security firms operating in Cyprus. Such firms offer a wide range of services including security guards, vehicle patrols, surveillance, loss prevention, security consultancy and emergency response. Other firms in the sector offer private investigation services to both commercial and individual clients. All firms wishing to provide security services must register for a licence with the Chief of Police. Stricter legislation for the regulation of the private security sector has also been proposed. The Cyprus Association of Security Companies is the industry body that represents the sector.
