The Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF) is the country’s leading chamber of commerce; this entity promotes business interests and lobbies for legislation that will foster a favourable enterprise environment in the country. There are also local-based chambers, such as the Suva Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which aim to attract enterprise towards their localities.  Other notable trade associations in Fiji include the Association of Banks in Fiji (ABIF) and the Fiji Hotels and Tourism Association.
