Transport in Fiji

One can travel to Fiji by air via Nadi International Airport or the smaller Nausori International Airport. The national airline, Air Pacific operates routes to the country along with other carriers such as Air New Zealand, Freedom Air and Pacific Blue. It is possible to arrive by boat at the larger ports (such as Suva and Lautoka), which cater for yachts and cruise liners.

Hire cars are available throughout the country although it can be somewhat expensive; four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended for all the islands other than Viti Levu.
