Standards and Regulation in Kenya
Kenya is a member of the International Organization for Standardization. The national standards body is the Kenya Bureau of Standards. Other regulatory bodies include the Communication Commission of Kenya (ICT), the National Environmental Management Authority (the environment), the Central Bank of Kenya (banking), the Capital Markets Authority and the Insurance Regulatory Authority.
