Education NGOs and CSOs in Lesotho

There are several non-governmental or civil society organisations working in Lesotho’s education sector. The Campaign for Education Forum was established by the Lesotho Association of Teachers to coordinate activities undertaken by NGOs towards the UN Education for All initiative. Lesotho Pre-School and Day Care Association trains pre-school teachers in early childhood care and HIV/AIDS. The Lesotho Association of Non-Formal Education provides distance-teaching. The Lesotho Opportunities Industrial Centre provides business and vocational training.
