There are numerous trade associations in the country. The National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM) is the leading umbrella body. The main trade associations all of which are constituents of NCIIM are the Malay Chamber of Commerce, The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, Malaysian Associated Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) and the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM).
