The Namibia Investment Centre (NIC), established at the country’s independence in 1990, is the principal investment promotion and facilitation agency. The Offshore Development Company (ODC), a product of an Act of Parliament and a private company with minority government shareholding, regulates and promotes Namibia’s tax-free export processing zones (EPZ).
