Find Corporate expertise in Namibia

Many of Namibia’s largest companies have their origins in South Africa. They include the Standard Bank Corporation, NamDeb, which is a 50–50 diamond-mining joint venture between the Namibian Government and global diamond-mining giant De Beers; Mutual & Federal, the insurance company; and Shoprite, which dominates the supermarket scene in Namibia with over 60 stores. The Namibia Stock Exchange (NSE) is the country’s only stock exchange. Over 90% of the NSE’s overall market capitalisation comprises dual listings of South African parent groups of Namibian subsidiaries.
