Prime Minister
The prime minister coordinates the work of the cabinet and is the chief advisor to the president and general coordinator of government offices, ministries and agencies. Under the prime minister are the ministers and deputy ministers and their staff members. Should the office of the president become vacant, the prime minister assumes the duties of office.
