Seychelles Investment Bureau is the central agent of the government dealing with business and investment matters. It is also an investment facilitator and works towards enhancing the investment climate of Seychelles, particularly in light and non-polluting manufacturing industries. Key agencies include the Small Enterprise Promotion Agency (SEnPA), which promotes and develops small enterprises, crafts and cottage industries; and the Development Bank of Seychelles (DBS), which provides entrepreneurs with long-term financing, implementation of sound business projects and investment.
