There are 208 main telephone lines, 1,205 mobile phone subscriptions and 430 internet users per 1,000 people (2011). Additionally, there are 152 personal computers per 1,000 people (2005).

The National Regulatory Telecommunications Commission (NTRC) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has been established since the Telecommunications Act came into effect in 2001 to co-ordinate an effective regime which will enhance the operation of telecommunications in the interest of the sustainable development of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. They are the main telecom sector in conjunction with the Eastern Caribbean Telecoms Authority. LIME (Landline, Internet, Mobile, Entertainment), owned by Cable and Wireless, is also another main telecommunications operator in St. Vincent, as well as neighbouring Caribbean islands, which provides landline, mobile and internet services. Digicel and Karib Cable also provide mobile and internet services.
