Established in 1879, the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce is the country’s most influential business union. The Chamber has around 500 members to which it provides facilities that include an International Trade Negotiations Unit (ITNU), lobbying, business referrals, product launches, match-making sessions and numerous other activities that could also be of interest to prospective investors. Other key trade associations include the Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturers Association, the Trinidad and Tobago Contractors Association and the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago.
