Stanbic IBTC’s Personal and Business Banking division offers solutions that help customers meet their goals and aspirations. The Wealth Division manages funds across different segments and in conformity with laid down regulations in the Nigerian market. This expertise has translated into the success of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, Nigeria’s largest pension fund administrator by number of clients, with about 1,000,000 retirement savings accounts and assets under management of over N742 billion; and Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, manager of Stanbic IBTC Money Market Fund, Nigeria’s highest rated fund.

Financial ratings
Stanbic IBTC Bank currently has a long term AAA rating by Fitch, the highest rating for the investment category.
This attests to our bank’s credibility and stability. Stanbic IBTC Bank is the only bank in Nigeria with an AAA Fitch credit rating.
Agusto & Co., Nigeria’s credit rating agency, assigned a fund rating of AA (f) to the Stanbic IBTC Money Market Fund, one of the six mutual funds managed by Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited and regulated by Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission. This rating emains the highest conferred on a mutual fund managed in Nigeria by the ating agency.
Training of female entrepreneurs
The bank signed a training agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group who supports the bank with its training programmes.
The SME team identified 20 existing high value female SME customers across Nigeria, to receive the Business Edge training aimed at building their capacity and growing their businesses.
Livestock production, University of Ibadan
Stanbic IBTC Bank donated funds towards the rehabilitation of the analytical services and livestock production unit at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria’s first university located in Oyo state.
Waste management
Stanbic IBTC Bank is in partnership with the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) that has culminated in the successful handover of 100 compactors by the Governor of Lagos State. These were financed through our vehicle and asset finance department.
World AIDS Day
Standard Bank Group partnered with UNAIDS for the 2011 World AIDS Day programme and Nigeria was one of the countries in which the ‘Getting to Zero’ campaign was launched with the education of s tudents in 1 5 s econdar y schools across the country, and HIV/AIDS status testing centres and counselling for communities.
