Government Ministries

There are just over 20 ministries in Malaysia. Significant examples include the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of International Trade and Industry. The country’s ministries are headed, politically, by ministers, deputy ministers and parliamentary secretaries. Ministers are the only members of the cabinet. An administrative head of ministry is entitled a secretary general.
