Bilateral and Multilateral Co-operation
The United States African Development Foundation (USADF) supports grassroots development focusing on HIV/AIDS, improved maternal, child and reproductive health, and the prevention and treatment of malaria.
Zambia is a member of around 40 international organisations, notably the Commonwealth, African Union (AU), the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and the United Nations (UN) and its specialised agencies.
