Accommodation in Mozambique

Visitors to Mozambique have various lodging options to choose from. International accredited hotels are usually found in the cities of Maputo and Beira, although hotels of a lesser standard can be found elsewhere. Dormitory accommodation is also available in Maputo and Praia do Tofo in the form of recognised youth hostels. There are many guest houses available, including cottages, bungalows and other traditional dwellings. Campsites can be found along many of the country’s beaches and in some of the reserves, including Gorongosa Game Park.
