The consultancy sector is broad-based and established. The sector includes numerous small and medium-sized consultancies and global names such as PWC and IBM, which deliver numerous business and management consultancy services. The research consultancy sector includes both public and private organisations. The Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) is one of the more notable ones, and prides itself in being the preferred technology consultant, industrial problem-solver and primary provider of independent testing and analytical services in the Caribbean region.
