Ngquza Hill Local Municipality
Ngquza Hill, formerly Qaukeni, is a local municipality in the OR Tambo district, Eastern Cape. The main towns are Lusikisiki and Flagstaff, which is the seat of local government. The main economic sectors are agriculture, forestry, retail and government services.
