Mporokoso

Mporokoso District in Northern Province is 178 km west of the district capital at Kasama. Mporokoso sits on the Muchinga plateau with and the landscape is characterised by savannah. The main tourist attraction in the area is a game management area. Much of the workforce is employed in agriculture and fish farming.
