Mungwi

Mungwi District is located in the Northern Province of Zambia. The majority of the workforce is engaged in small-scale agriculture and livestock production. Cassava and maize are the main crops and chicken, cattle, sheep, goats and pigs are all widely reared. There is plenty of potential for tourism in the district with the traditions and ceremonies linked to the Bemba traditional leader and the rail line.
