Elundini Local Municipality

Elundini is a local municipality in the Joe Gqabi district, Eastern Cape. The main towns are Mount Fletcher, Ugie and Maclear, which is the seat of local government. Elundini shares a border with the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho. The main economic sectors are social services, agriculture, and wholesale and retail trade, although there is also an abundance of natural resources in the area. Elundini is considered to be the most naturally beautiful municipality in the district.
