Kawambwa District

Kawambwa District, capital Kawambwa, lies in the north eastern part of Zambia.  It boasts a lush green landscape and tourist attractions including two waterfalls, Lumangwe Falls on the Kalungwishi River and Ntumbachushi Falls on the Ngona River. The Lumangwe Falls are sometimes referred to as a miniature version of Zambia’s most famous falls, the Victoria Falls which straddle the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
