Nakonde

Nakonde is a district located in the newly created Muchinga Province with the town of Nakonde as its capital. Nakonde is a major border post town in Zambia and offers a gateway for travellers and trade into the neighbouring country of Tanzania, with busy traffic coming through the town every day. The town offers economic opportunities in agriculture, tourism, mining, manufacturing and telecommunication.
