Inkwanca Local Municipality
Inkwanca, isiXhosa for “cold”, is a local municipality in the Chris Hani district, Eastern Cape. The main towns are Sterkstroom and Molteno, which is the seat of local government. Molteno is regarded as a good tourist location offering hunting, game and bird viewing, water skiing and trout fishing as well as trips to local museums and the Molteno Dam. The main economic sector in Inkwanca is agriculture.
